Korin Japanese Trading Corp. is the premier distributor of fine Japanese chef knives and restaurant supplies, serving over 4,000 hotels, independent restaurants and individual chefs.
In celebration of Korin's 20th Anniversary, I revamped their corporate logo giving it a more contemporary and polished look. I matched the "K", comprised of three knife blades, with a clean, sharp typeface. This created a simple, yet bold, logotype. The corporate color was revised to a deeper red which reflects the sophistication and elegance of extensive product line.
I applied the new logo, now registered with the USPTO, to business cards, letterhead and envelopes.
