The National Minority Business Council (NMBC) helps small, minority- and women-owned businesses succeed by offering assistance through educational seminars, purchasing exchanges, mentoring, and business listings.
I'm helping to enhance NMBC's existing site by adding features like downloadable event flyers, online membership registration, and ad placement for business members. I also assist the organization in monitoring the site's traffic statistics on a regular basis.
At NMBC's Technology Seminar, titled, "Growing your Business in an E-Business World", I made a presentation on the benefits of E-Commerce and spoke on a panel about design and strategic planning.
