The HR Desktop went through a transformation for its official launch. The interface was made lighter and brighter in appearance. Distinct tabs were added to provide direct links to HR One's E-Commerce and Advice sections. The Advisor was replaced with the Info Center to provide a wider array of resources.
The New Hire Orientation tool gives new employees the information they need to get started at work. The tool also assists employers in collecting vital information they need from new employees.
An On/Off device was implemented to help HR staff quickly recognize if the feature was activated for employees. This gives HR the power to limit access if necessary.
