This HR Desktop home page is specific for employees. It's a much simpler version of the HR executive view, because it's stripped of all administrative capabilities.
Action items and available features can be accessed from the center area. Once inside the HR Desktop, employees can use the links on the left side to navigate between features.
Employees have easy access to their personal account information through the user status unit and main navigation.
The Info Center is a fixed item on the right side to assist employees as they utilize the HR Desktop.
