ReviewMe.com's Office Violation feature was a friendly way to tease someone about a workplace issue, like a messy desk or an extra smelly lunch. Co-workers could get their point across with no hard feelings, and have a good laugh in the process.
I designed the Office Violation to look like a summons or ticket. Users filled in a series of fields, including the type of violation and the appropriate punishment. The violation was then dynamically generated. The recipient was then notified by email that they had been served. A hyperlink revealed their violation and gave them an opportunity to plead innocent or guilty. Their plea was shared with all those involved in the joke.
